Ashley I came to this same conclusion last week and staterd with myself first. I set two easy goals for myself 1) Drink a gallon of water a day and 2) Walk 10 miles this week. My first week I did pretty good on the water and got 7 miles logged. This week I am 2 miles in and water intake is improving. When I try to change so many aspects of my life at the same time I fail miserably. If I can make these goals by the end of July I will add a third (my office is looking like yours). I feel like every time Tommy is gone, either for training or on a deployment, I get into such a groove. When he comes home though it can take me a few months to get back onto a good track. I am in that place right now.
